Redecking Your Pontoon Boat
Redecking can give a boat a "fresh start" making it feel new again.
Disassemble

Prep Frame
Once the old carpet and wood floor are removed, we carefully inspect and repair any part of the frame. This is also the best time for pressure testing the pontoons.
New Deck

​Using new marine grade wood, we cut and bolt it down to the frame.

After rolling on special glue, we put down the new vinyl floor and let it sit 24 hours for the glue to cure.

Vinyl is water-resistant, easier to clean, and less prone to mold and mildew.

Reassemble
Then we reinstall all trim, railings, electronics, and furniture. The fun part about this step is we can change the layout of the boat or add accessories if you wanted changes.
